Joe has just pardoned his son for all sorts of criminal mischief. There were several abysmal misdeeds, international mischief, gun charges and tax issues wiped away with the stroke of a Paternal and Presidential pen.
We say that we are not surprised, we would have done the same thing, if only because we could.
The big issues are not that Dad would help his son. It is that one more time, Joe and the rest of his administration demonstrate to us just how easily they can lie to us without blinking, an eye twitch or a red faced blush. Lying is no more of an issue for them than is tying your shoes or brushing one’s teeth.
It is among one of many instances that we were assured of one thing and then learn after the fact that those assurances were nothing more than lies when the rubber starts to meet the road.
The American people are pretty much a patient people until it becomes evident that the pictures painted for us always turn out to be smoke to appease us.
The larger lesson here is Trust. Misrepresenting policy, misrepresenting international shenanigans selling presidential access, misrepresenting daily events at the border and finally pardoning Hunter are just a few actions that culminate to the total loss of trust for “we the people”. Lying to us daily about Joe’s mental acuity, his balance, and his energy level was one more consistent that we endured in the face of a management team that expected us to disbelieve our eyes and ears.
It all came down to understanding that “we the people’ were being used, abused, manipulated and disrespected on a regular basis.
These are the reasons that Biden was kicked to the curb. It is the reason that Harris was ushered in as a savior so the Democratic party could retain power, Harris’s lying, vague innuendo, and silly antics were more of the same disrespect and the reason that she suffered at the polls.
The American people will eventually stand up to be heard if not a moment too soon.
The democratic party in a shamble as a result of their selfish dishonest transgressions to the American people, to international allies and at the same time, a disappointment to our enemies. It is difficult to play both ends against the middle and they simply failed at all of that drawing the disgust from the people, frustrations from our allies and anger from our enemies that were fleeced of millions paid to purchase presidential favors.
As found in one of my past articles, They, the democrats were and are “Our Best Hope”. As they lick their wounds and make excuses for losing power, they fail to grasp that it was not the media, social media, optics, poor campaign techniques, or lack of money. They lost because they proved themselves unworthy of the American people, devoid of any moral guidance and absent of any sort of honor, as they chiseled away at every element of the public TRUST.
The were our best Hope and have buried themselves for decades to come.
We say, Thank God that evil has been checked for a refreshing breeze of accountability, prudence, solvency and safety.
